The classic Wigwam Motel is recognized as Southern California's most famous motel and happens to rest along California's stretch of historic Route 66. The motel was the final and last of the 7 Wigwam Motels to have been built. The motel's unreal architecture features a village-style arrangement of nineteen 30-foot-tall teepees, made of concrete and wood, draws admiration from all generations.
